Introduction

We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) unless you choose to give it to us via our online inquiry forms, an electronic mail message, a phone call, or by postal mail. The type of information you provide through our inquiry forms may include your e-mail address, name, mailing address, city, state, zip code and phone number. Even when you choose to give us information, we keep it confidential. We will only release your PII if we have gotten express consent or as required by law. The personal information collected from customers during the registration process is used to manage each customer’s account.

Cal.net may share personal information with select affiliates in order to provide our services to our customers. Cal.net does not share identifying information (like Name and address) with affiliates for their use in delivering product and service offers to customers. Affiliates will not be allowed to use any information provided in serving our customers to be sold, rented, or given to any other company. Affiliates are not allowed to use Cal.net data for any other purpose other than Cal.net approved programs designed to better serve Cal.net customers.

Process for Reviewing and Changing Personal Information

Cal.net normally maintains personal information for every customer who keeps an active account. In addition, personal information is normally kept for no more than one year for closed accounts. Cal.net allows users to opt-out of receiving communications from us and to modify or remove their information from our system. The following options are available to do so:
