Within a data center designed to easily handle 100,000 subscribers, our core network architecture consists of fully-redundant high-reliability telco-grade Cisco routers and switches. With this capability, plus redundant industrial air conditioning systems, battery backup power supplies, a propane generator to handle extended power outages, and a state-of-the-art fire-suppression system, the facility provides the highest-possible reliability for Internet connectivity. Accordingly, we can achieve near 100% reliability in our core network, and via the aforementioned redundant ring architecture we have five-nines reliability in our primary wireless infrastructure. Instant alarm mechanisms ensure that our engineering staff will be immediately alerted and will resolve any issues that may occur.
