Cal.net and Directcon.net Email Policy Changes

Changes to the Cal.net Email Policies

Starting in April 2014, Cal.net is implementing some new policies regarding  Cal.net and Directcon.net email accounts. Please review these new policies, and let us know if you have any questions.

Abandoned Accounts

An account will be considered abandoned and will be deleted, including all email messages within the account, if the owner has not logged into the account within the last six months.  Once deleted the account or it’s content cannot be recovered.

New Email Accounts

No new Cal.net or Directcon.net email accounts will be created after March 2014. We encourage our users to use one of the many free E-Mail accounts available, such as Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook.com.

Compromised accounts or accounts being used to send SPAM

Cal.net reserves the right to suspend without notice any account determined to be compromised, or to be sending SPAM emails. The suspension will remain in place until we are satisfied the issue has been resolved.
