Western Geo-Engineers (WEGE), founded in 1961, has provided environmental contracting and consulting services throughout California and Nevada since 1985. The projects completed during this period range from Phase I Environmental Site Assessments through multi-phased investigations and remediation of soil and groundwater contaminated with petroleum hydrocarbons, volatile organic compounds, metals, PNA's, and PCB's.

WEGE has also pioneered and specialized in maximum coverage field screening techniques that allow the most cost effective delineation of lateral and vertical extent of soil and groundwater contamination, including source point identification. In cases where on-site remediation was the preferable course of action, WEGE has designed, installed, monitored, and maintained a variety of soil and groundwater treatment and remediation systems.
