Individual contracts available to accommodate your location.
Prices include all camp gourmet food, camping facilities, workshop materials, instruction but exclude camping gear like sleeping bags or backpacks. Hiking Tours provide beautiful chalet accommodations, guided hikes, and mediations. Limited meals are provided depending on tour.
A deposit of 50% is required with registration and balance due 60 days prior to trip date.
We strongly suggest trip insurance, available through your travel agent. If you have to cancel your trip prior to 61 days, notifying us in writing, a refund less the $200.00 non-refundable deposit will be returned. Should you cancel after 60 days, again in writing, no refund will be offered. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving early from any of are tours. If for some unforeseen reason Serene Wilderness Tours must cancel a trip, Serene Wilderness Tours will make every effort to reschedule or refund your money in full.
We strongly recommend Trip Cancellation insurance in case of last-minute emergencies. Contact your travel agent for information.
